Overview

The 3D Artist role is responsible for creating and refining visual assets used within Looped Operations.

This includes:

  • 3D models for props, equipment, and environment assets
  • Optimised meshes suitable for Roblox
  • Materials, texturing, and visual consistency
  • Supporting developers with game-ready assets

Artists are expected to produce clean, optimised, and game-ready work, while maintaining consistent scale, quality, and style across the project.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

  • Be 16 years of age or older
  • Demonstrate a good level of written English communication
  • Have experience using Blender or similar 3D software
  • Understand basic modelling principles, including:
    • Clean topology
    • UV mapping
    • Optimisation for game use
    • Consistent proportions and scale
  • Be willing to follow project standards and visual guidelines

⚠️ Warning
Applications from individuals under the age of 16 will not be considered.

Expectations

3D Artists are expected to:

  • Create assets that are suitable for Roblox performance requirements
  • Avoid unnecessary geometry or overly complex meshes
  • Keep models organised and easy to work with
  • Accept feedback professionally and revise work where needed
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across the game

Submitted assets may be reviewed and adjusted before being accepted into the main project.

  • Contributions are made at your own discretion
