Overview

The Discord Moderator role is responsible for maintaining a safe, professional, and structured environment within the Looped Operations community.

Moderators are expected to:

Enforce server rules fairly and consistently
Assist users with queries and issues
Maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere
Escalate serious incidents where required

This is a voluntary position and requires a consistent level of activity, maturity, and professionalism.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

Be 16 years of age or older
Demonstrate a good level of written English communication
Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with users
Remain calm under pressure
Show good judgement and decision-making
Be willing to follow established procedures and guidelines

A player is spamming chat and disrupting others. What do you do?

Two players are arguing and blaming each other. How do you handle the situation?

A higher-ranked player is breaking the rules. What would you do?

A player reports a bug or exploit. What steps do you take?

You are given access to admin commands. A friend asks you to “just give them a small advantage” or help them. What do you do?
