Overview
The Discord Moderator role is responsible for maintaining a safe, professional, and structured environment within the Looped Operations community.
Moderators are expected to:
- Enforce server rules fairly and consistently
- Assist users with queries and issues
- Maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere
- Escalate serious incidents where required
This is a voluntary position and requires a consistent level of activity, maturity, and professionalism.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Demonstrate a good level of written English communication
- Be able to communicate clearly and professionally with users
- Remain calm under pressure
- Show good judgement and decision-making
- Be willing to follow established procedures and guidelines

Voluntary Roles
All roles within PulseGrid Studios are currently offered on a voluntary basis.
